   • Refunds are only applicable for orders that have not been started. If a booster has already been assigned to your order, a refund will incur a 15% processing fee.

2. Requesting a Refund:

3. Processing Time:

   • Refund requests will be processed within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Specific Cases

• Order Cancellation Before Assignment:

  • If you cancel your order before a booster has been assigned, you will receive a full refund.

• Order Cancellation After Assignment:

  • If you decide to cancel your order after a booster has been assigned, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

No Refunds Policy

• Completed Services:
  • Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
